This version is for an unrestricted bequest (bequest is a term used in a Will for other-than-real-property; real property is a devise):

Specific Bequest.  I hereby give and bequeath the sum of ___________________ [spell the dollar amount e.g. Ten Thousand Dollars followed by the amount in numerals in parenthesis e.g. ($10,000.00)], to Sayre School, an IRS 501(c)(3) organization, located at 194 N Limestone, Lexington, KY 40507, Tax Identification Number 61-0449657, contact Director of Advancement (859) 254-1361 or develop@sayreschool.org, for such uses and purposes as its governing board shall deem necessary and advisable.

This version is for a restricted bequest, namely a bequest to Sayre’s permanent endowment
